An exciting opportunity for a Full Time Admin/Accounts Assistant to join our expanding plant and Labour hire company. The Admin/Accounts Assistant will be working with a close-knit team, reporting directly to the Financial Controller.

The Role

Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the business with administration duties in relation company accounting.

Requirements:

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, learn and adapt to the needs of the team, project, and organisation.
Experience in an Admin/Accounts Assistant role at a labour/plant hire
Proficient on Microsoft Office Suite – particularly Excel.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Trust worthy and a proactive attitude.

The Perfect Candidate Will have:

  • Accounts/AP experience
  • Experience with Xero or other accounting software
  • Experience with CRMs
