Role:

This Assistant Accountant role requires a talented individual with a high attention to detail to support our close-knit team. The role will suit someone who has 1-2 years’ experience and looking for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Month end preparation including reconciliation of balance sheet accounts such as cash, prepayments, accounts receivable/payable, accruals and fixed asset register reconciliation. Strong ability to reconcile cash will be highly desirable
• Supporting in the maintenance of the fixed asset register
• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders in the delivery of month end
• Support in analysis of operating expenses
• Assist with process improvement and ad hoc reporting

The Perfect Candidate Will have:

• Minimum 12 months experience in a similar Assistant Accountant position
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to communicate effectively, orally and written
• Comfortable in working autonomously
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage stakeholder expectations
