Role & Responsibilities
Provide Audit planning, executing and finalising all areas of audit assignments alongside our Partners to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- The responsibilities of the role are, but not limited to the following:
- Managing the planning of audit engagements to determine the audit strategy, timetable, resource allocation and fees.
- Leading and executing audit engagements across a diverse client portfolio, ensuring a consistent quality application of audit methodologies.
- Preparing and reviewing business reports and correspondence for the client including highlighting key issues and recommendations.
- Ensuring engagements are managed and completed effectively, identifying and resolving any issues.
- Leading and developing a team, actively contributing to creating a highly engaged and performing team, and individual’s personal and professional development.
Skills & Requirements
- Between four to seven years’ audit experience
- CA qualified
- Strong technical knowledge of the auditing standards and accounting standards
- Significant client interaction
- Team player able to work at pace and under pressure
- Ability to demonstrate a leadership/coaching style
- A great communicator able to build relationships internally and with our clients
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability with an attention to detail
- Proficient understanding of accounting software
- Excellent English language skills
- Acts with integrity, honesty, trust and respect
