We are looking for qualified and experienced Beauty Therapist to join our client’s vastly expanding team. Current positions available are in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, as well as locations in regional Australia.  Our client operates a network of cosmetic clinics throughout Australia, specialising in Laser Hair Removal, Aesthetic Skin Treatments, Cosmetic Injectables and Body Sculpting.

Role and Responsibilities

• Working as part of a high performing team, ensure customers are your priority at every point of contact.
• Manage and maintain client appointments and information.
• Focus on upselling and cross-selling.
• consult with clients regarding treatments, risks, pre and post care and escalate for a second opinion if necessary.
• Conduct treatments including but not limited to the following; LED, Laser Hair Removal, Skin Treatments, Body Treatment
• Discuss pre and post care with clients.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Cert IV equivalent or Diploma in beauty therapy essential.
• Qualifications in beauty industry and/or relevant tertiary studies (nursing, working towards beauty qualifications, vocational certificates) considered.
• Experience in beauty industry and aesthetic industry.
• Growing understanding in skin biology
• Sales orientated and self-motivated to achieve targets

Benefits

Successful candidates and their immediate family members can be sponsored on Subclass 482 visas. Successful candidates will be nominated for Australian permanent residence once eligible. Spouse/partner can be included in the Subclass 482 application and will have full unrestricted work rights in Australia.
