Role and responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage preparation of high-quality tender submissions from start to finish
• Review RFx documents to understand submission requirements
• Participate in tender meetings and track bid progress
• Write compelling, tailored content for Private and Government clients
• Create visually engaging proposals using Adobe Creative Suite (advanced InDesign essential)
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and edit technical content
• Ensure submissions meet client formatting and compliance standards
• Maintain and update bid content libraries and templates
• Prepare industry award submissions as required

Skills & experience

• 3-5 years’ experience in bid/submissions or proposals, preferably within construction or engineering
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint formatting
• Solid understanding of tender and bid processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent stakeholder management and teamwork skills
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
• Experience with negotiation and influencing
• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement

• Salary: Bid Coordinator $80k-$100k/$110k  Bid Manager $110k-$150k DOE.
