Based in Adelaide—a city experiencing a civil construction boom—these full-time or contract roles offer competitive salaries ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 AUD per year, plus overtime and benefits. Role and responsibilities

• Deliver civil and infrastructure works on time and within budget
• Manage subcontractors, site staff, and client relationships
• Coordinate project planning, cost control, and reporting
• Drive safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Support senior leadership to achieve successful project outcomes

Skills & experience

• Degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline)
• 2+ years’ experience in civil construction (bulk earthworks, roads, utilities, structures, etc.)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proven ability to thrive in dynamic site environments
• Willingness to relocate to Adelaide, Australia
