NexVentur is partnering with several leading civil contractors in South Australia who are delivering major road, rail, utilities, and infrastructure projects. With Adelaide in the middle of a civil construction boom, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career while experiencing life in Australia. Relocation support is available for candidates coming from Ireland.

Role and responsibilities

• Deliver civil and infrastructure works on time and within budget
• Manage subcontractors, site staff, and client relationships
• Coordinate project planning, cost control, and reporting
• Drive safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Support senior leadership to achieve successful project outcomes

Skills & experience

• Degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline)
• 2+ years’ experience in civil construction (bulk earthworks, roads, utilities, structures, etc.)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proven ability to thrive in dynamic site environments
• Willingness to relocate to Adelaide, Australia

• Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 AUD + overtime/allowances
