Role and responsibilities

• As a Civils Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the successful delivery of civil works, including:
• Supervision of detailed earthworks, FRP (formwork, reinforcement, placement), and remediation activities
• Managing site crews and subcontractors on industrial and infrastructure projects
• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Coordinating with engineers, project managers, and clients
• Managing and reporting on damage rectification and on-site activity
• Maintaining a high level of attention to detail across all tasks

Skills & experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a civil supervisory or foreman role
• Proven experience in FRP, remediation, and detailed earthworks
• Background in industrial or infrastructure project delivery
• Construction White Card (mandatory); relevant plant or high-risk tickets desirable
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Australian working rights (sponsorship is not available for this role)
