Role and responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
• Analyse plans, drawings, and specifications
• Source and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers
• Maintain pricing databases and stay up to date on market rates
• Collaborate with internal teams to support bid strategies

Skills & experience

• 5–10 years’ experience as an estimator in commercial construction
• Experience with Defense tenders (highly regarded)
• Strong knowledge of building methodologies and construction costing
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and attention to detail

Benefits

• Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 + Super (depending on experience)
