We are looking for a restaurant manager with experience managing a busy restaurant with several different areas of service. You will work alongside the a Hotel Manager to ensure the best possible customer service
Key Responsibilities
- To ensure the restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently
- Ensure that the department complies with and have in place all Covid-19, HACCP, Fire, Health and Safety
- Ensure customers are attended to promptly and efficiently
- Ensure all customer complaints are resolved to in a timely and efficient manner
- Devise and implement training plans for your team
- Conduct staff reviews, appraisals and any disciplinary or grievance matters
Experience & Skills
- 2+ years of management experience within the hospitality industry
- Excellent management skills
- Strong Food and Beverage knowledge and experience
- Organised, flexible and proactive to achieve and improve standards
