Requirement

We are looking for a restaurant manager with experience managing a busy restaurant with several different areas of service. You will work alongside the a Hotel Manager to ensure the best possible customer service

Key Responsibilities

• To ensure the restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently
• Ensure that the department complies with and have in place all Covid-19, HACCP, Fire, Health and Safety
• Ensure customers are attended to promptly and efficiently
• Ensure all customer complaints are resolved to in a timely and efficient manner
• Devise and implement training plans for your team
• Conduct staff reviews, appraisals and any disciplinary or grievance matters

Experience & Skills

• 2+ years of management experience within the hospitality industry
• Excellent management skills
• Strong Food and Beverage knowledge and experience
• Organised, flexible and proactive to achieve and improve standards
