NexVentur is working with our Mechanical Engineering client to recruit a Health & Safety Officer.

Projects will include managing EHS matters on their pharmaceutical, wind farm, and manufacturing plant projects. This opportunity would suit someone with 4+ years health & safety experience. This job will be based out of the company HQ near Charlestown, Co Mayo.

Role and responsibilities

• Carrying out safety inspections,
• Producing risk assessment,
• Accident / incident recording,
• Carrying out site safety inductions,
• Identifying training requirements.

Qualifications, skills & experience

• Health & Safety qualification essential.
• Work on own initiative
• Be reliable and punctual

Benefits

• Competitive salary: up to €65,000 depending on experience
