Full Time NexVentur is looking for an ambitious Healthcare Recruitment Team Lead to join us in our HQ in the west of Ireland.

We’re currently recruiting for a high-energy, driven person, who has a passion for speaking with candidates and assisting them with their dream move when relocating to Australia or Ireland. Role and Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for:
- Overseeing the recruitment process from advertising, sourcing, screening, on boarding and fostering strong candidate relationships for current and future clients in both Australia and Ireland.
- A dedicated focus on building client relationships evidenced in client consultations, forging strong partnerships with existing clients, attending networking events and constantly seeking feedback.
- Utilising our marketing resources across all social and advertising platforms, our database, networks, job boards, colleges to attract and connect with candidates.
- Using excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, whilst always maintaining a professional and well-functioning desk.
- You will be responsible for ensuring all content that you create is done so with a high level of attention to detail and in a manner that reflects our business.
- Working with the marketing team to identify keys areas to market, adding and refreshing contacts on the CRM.
- Adhering to all company policies and meeting GDPR and all legislative requirements per client and or per guiding client policy.
- Achieving weekly KPI’s, set by Director.
- Providing accurate forecasts of team gross profit to Director.
- Monitoring team performance and activity by collating activity reports as requested by Director.
- Ensuring all placements are accurately recorded on CRM system and changes communicated to manager.
- Clearly communicating with clients and candidates after placements commence work.
- Covering desks as required in relation to holidays.
- Providing relief management cover when team manager is away on leave and attend necessary meetings on manager’s behalf.
Assisting the Director with the following:
- Collating information relating to tender applications.
- Monitoring forecasts and performance.
- Setting achievable quarterly targets and objectives.
Any other duties as and when required.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate has the following:
- 3-4 years experience as a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant
- The ability to work in a highly competitive environment. This role requires an individual who can work autonomously and under pressure.
- Solid computer skills across MS including PPT, Word, Excel and Outlook with experience in a CRM system.
