An Irrigation Technician is required for the greater Sydney region, the ideal candidate needs to a be a team player who is self-motivated and reliable. Projects range from large open space and sports field installations to commercial high-rise installations. The position includes a company vehicle complete with fuel card, toll tag and company phone. The position would suit someone with a Plumbing/Irrigation, Landscaping or Greenkeeping background.

You will need to have a comprehensive knowledge of different types of irrigation systems plus have previous experience in maintaining sports fields/golf irrigation systems. Great customer service skills and the ability and drive to consistently deliver quality workmanship.

Role and responsibilities

The position will suit someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment and is looking at tackling a new challenge

• Installation of a new irrigation systems
• Servicing and troubleshooting of existing systems
• Installation of drainage and water harvesting systems.

Qualifications and experience

• Knowledge of different types of irrigation systems
• Previous experience in maintaining sports fields/ golf irrigation systems
• Qualification in Turf/Horticulture preferred but not essential
• Driver’s licence and WHS White Card
• National Police Check and Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
