Our Client, a global organisation, is looking to build on its excellent team across multiple regions and diverse specialities:

• Property Loss Adjusters (all levels – domestic, strata, commercial, major loss etc). All locations
• Construction / Engineering  Property – MCL and commercial. All locations
• Marine Loss Adjusters – Sydney, Melbourne, Perth.
• Liability Loss Adjusters. All locations.
• Construction and Engineering. All locations.

Qualifying applicants for all locations will be considered in Australia, but ideally Sydney & Melbourne.

Skills and requirements

• Deliver professional and excellent service when completing on-site and desktop assessments, interacting with customers and clients
• Proactively communicate clear and accurate advice, solutions, timeframes and claim progress to all stakeholders
• Clearly document all decisions made and reasons, including ownership details, reserve changes and acceptance/rejection of claims
• Contributing to the further growth and success of the branch and region
• Clarifying circumstances surrounding loss and causation
• Verify the nature and extent of loss/damage
• Quantify the work of reinstatement (material damage claims)

Skills and Experience

• 2 years loss adjusting
• Suitable qualifications through ANZIIF or AICLA, or studying towards industry qualifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A strong customer service delivery focus for all our clients, including insurers, customers and brokers
• The ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the achievement of strategic objectives together with the potential to provide mentoring to other team members
• Resilient with a growth mindset
• Able to adapt in a changing environment
• Embrace existing and emerging technology
• Demonstrate the application of the company’s Caring Counts philosophy and core values
