Role and responsibilities

• Manage project administration and documentation
• Track costs and budgets to keep projects on financial track
• Schedule and coordinate trades and suppliers
• Procure materials and manage orders
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and progress
• Resolve site issues and support overall project delivery

Skills & experience

• Experience in construction, fit-out or project coordination
• Strong organisational and admin skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and problem-solve on site
• Excellent communication skills
• White card, valid driver’s licence, reliable transport
• ABN if applying as a contractor
