Who you'll be working with

NexVentur is partnering with a well-established civil and structural contractor delivering major infrastructure works across Victoria. With a strong pipeline of road, rail, bridge, and complex concrete projects, our client offers a collaborative and supportive environment with excellent opportunities for career development. This is a long-term opportunity to work on high-profile Victorian infrastructure projects.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of civil and concrete works packages, including formwork, reinforcement, concrete pours, and precast installation
• Work closely with supervisors, subcontractors, and other site personnel to ensure
  smooth project execution
• Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and quality requirements
• Prepare documentation including ITPs, reports, design reviews, and risk
  management plans
• Ensure all works comply with safety, OH&S, and quality standards
• Senior Project Engineers: Lead package delivery and support junior engineers

Skills and Requirements

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Experience delivering civil, structural, or concrete-related construction works
• Strong stakeholder, contractor, and site coordination skills
• Knowledge of Australian construction standards and OH&S requirements
• Ability to manage workloads, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation
• Senior Project Engineers: Demonstrated experience delivering medium-large packages independently
