NexVentur is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a respected civil infrastructure contractor delivering high-quality projects across Western Australia. With a strong project pipeline and a reputation for safe, on-time delivery, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and supportive team.

Role and responsibilities

• Prepare and manage BOQs, cost plans, and estimates for civil projects
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures on live jobs
• Manage subcontractor payments, variations, and contractual claims
• Collaborate with project and site teams to ensure commercial success
• Support in final account closeouts and dispute resolution

Skills & experience

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
• 3–5+ years’ experience in civil infrastructure (roads, earthworks, pavements)
• Strong understanding of contract law and project cost controls
• Experience with Australian construction standards and practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills
