This role is responsible for:

• liaising with clients, architects and main contractors
• identifying and facilitating new business opportunities
• master-plan and feasibility budgets
• cost checking of developing design
• value engineering
• tender evaluations and analysis
• cash flow projects
• procurement
• cost reporting
• evaluation of variations
• valuations
• final account reporting
• claims preparation, presentation, negotiation and settlement of claims
