Role and Responsibilities

• Contract management
• Best practice procurement methods
• Quantities measurement and interpretation of drawings
• Relevant market pricing
• Financial control of construction projects

Skills and Experience

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• 1-2 years plus experience working with in Ireland
• Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met
• Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals working on one project
• Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time
