Role Description

As an experienced midwife, you’ll bring your patient-centred care to achieve high-quality clinical outcomes. You’ll be part of a dedicated team with expertise in delivery and postnatal care, supported by a Clinical Specialist Midwife in a culture of continuous learning. Our client is committed to the ongoing education and professional development of their staff, offering opportunities for graduate, postgraduate, and junior nurses.

Key Selection Criteria

Along with your passion for delivering a high standard of nursing care and an interest in further developing your skills, you will also have:

• Current Registration as a Registered Midwife with AHPRA
• Bachelor of Midwifery or an equivalent qualification recognised in Australia
• Minimum of 3yrs of professional experience as a Registered Midwife
• Excellent customer service focus and communication skills
• Commitment to quality patient care and outcomes
• Ability to work within the Mission and Values of the organisation.
• Enthusiasm for participation in a team environment
• To apply for a VIC Working with Children Check upon arriving in Australia
• Relevant Foetal Surveillance Education Program (FSEP) certification
