With a strong track record of delivering major infrastructure and earthworks projects across Western Australia, this company is expanding its operations in the North West. Role and responsibilities

• Lead and manage the engineering team in planning and delivering civil works
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution
• Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to meet project goals
• Mentor junior engineers and help develop internal capabilities
• Monitor site progress, resolve technical challenges, and recommend improvements
• Manage documentation, technical reports, and project tracking tools
• Promote a proactive and solutions-focused approach across the team

Skills & experience

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• 7+ years’ experience working on major civil infrastructure projects
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies, regulations, and design standards
• Strong track record in managing project teams and meeting key performance targets
• Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work a FIFO 2/1 roster from Perth and adapt to remote site environments
• Valid Australian driver’s licence
