Role and responsibilities

• Support project delivery across rail, road, and structural packages
• Monitor site works for compliance with specifications and standards
• Liaise with subcontractors and site teams to manage day-to-day construction activities
• Assist in quality assurance, ITPs, and daily progress tracking
• Coordinate with project managers, foremen, and supervisors
• Support planning, procurement, and reporting tasks

Skills & experience

• Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
• 2+ years of site-based experience in infrastructure or civil construction
• White Card (Construction Induction)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• WHV holders welcome – role qualifies for regional visa requirements
• Rail experience or knowledge of structures is a plus but not essential
