Our client, a major residential and civil contractor is looking to fill the position of Site Foreman to manage the construction of a residential site in North Tipperary. The role requires a person with a team-building mindset and strong communication skills.

Duties

• Supervision of the construction site
• Managing of subcontractors and keeping site reports
• Assisting others as required, as directed by management
• Maintaining the site diary
• Implementing all Health & Safety policies on site to ensure the highest standards are maintained

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience is required
• Construction management / supervising experience is required
• Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
• Team builder
• Ability to communicate with team, workforce, subcontracts & management
• Full driving license
