Who you'll be working for

A leading organisation delivering high-impact industrial energy and decarbonisation projects across Australia. These projects focus on practical implementation and onsite delivery within live operational environments, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations while achieving strong performance outcomes.

Role and responsibilities + project details

• Manage day-to-day site operations and supervision in an active industrial environment
• Coordinate with Project Managers to deliver works in line with project specifications and timelines
• Supervise technicians and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient delivery
• Liaise with client representatives and other trades on site
• Ensure compliance across WHS, QA, and environmental controls
• Manage site administration, reporting, and personnel coordination
• Support delivery of projects on time and within budget

  Two Site Supervisor positions are available:
  Adelaide Site (SA): Food processing facility
  Melbourne Site (VIC): Plastics facility

• Projects are already secured and in hand
• Major site works expected to commence June/July
• Each project expected to run for approximately 6 months
• Sites are active industrial environments

Skills and Requirements

• Qualification in Engineering or Trade discipline (Mechanical / Electrical preferred)
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a Supervisor role or similar
• Strong mechanical or electrical project experience (highly desirable)
• Experience working on compressed air systems and/or control systems (highly advantageous)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent work ethic
• Proven ability to problem solve and take initiative
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Industrial site experience essential
