Role and Responsibilities

• Working within a multi-disciplinary team, you will be required to provide assessment, intervention and review of outcomes in line with individual clients’ NDIS funding.
• This opportunity will allow you to work within both paediatric and adult settings.
• Providing supports with alternative and augmentative communication, as well as addressing eating and drinking difficulties.
• Opportunities for clinical supervision to support your ongoing development and improve outcomes for clients.
• This role will also require you to provide support and training to staff in relevant areas.

Skills and Requirements

Qualified Speech Pathologist looking to work in the Bathurst area with an interest in the disability sector. This opportunity is open to both part-time and full-time options.

Knowledge and skills required:

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• Registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Experience supporting children and adults using an evidence-based approach and a desire to develop your skills.
• Understanding of NDIS plans and funding models to suitably plan assessments and interventions.
• High quality reporting and communication skills.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current Working with Children Check and NDIS worker check.
