First up, we sat down with Sean to get a complete understanding of his career goals and what sort of work he was looking for. Within days of meeting Sean, our recruitment team in Ireland had identified a host of great opportunities and had a range of interviews secured.  He was successful at interview stage and was offered a starting position as a Civil Engineer in Mayo on his return.

The end result
