Powered by a massive marketing campaign, our recruiters received thousands of applicants. These were screened, shortlisted and only the cream of the crop were submitted to the Snowy team for review.
Weekly feedback sessions kept the process moving forwards smoothly. References were pre-checked so that only hire-ready candidates were presented at interviews.
